We read everything and answer within five working days; corrections are handled first.

A note from a hotel

If you work for a hotel on this site and something we published is wrong, write with the correct detail and a public source for it. We will amend the page and record the month of the change on How We Compare. We do not remove hotels on request, we take no payment, and a correction never changes where a hotel sits in a pair.
