These terms govern the use of goldenmeadowis.com. By using the site you accept them.
What this service is
goldenmeadowis is an editorial site. It describes and compares hotels in pairs. It is not a booking platform, not an agency and not an intermediary: we hold no room allocation, we conclude no contracts on behalf of hotels or guests, we take no commissions and we sell no placements. Any contract you enter into is a matter between you and the hotel.
Sources and accuracy
All information is drawn from public sources and is published to the best of our knowledge as at the month stated on each section page. Hotels change names, operators, seasons and access arrangements, and they occasionally close. We give no warranty that the content is complete, current or free of error, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of it. Check the essentials with the hotel before you travel.
Comparisons are editorial opinion
Every pair on this site reflects the view of the editors. The closing note of a pair names two different needs rather than a ranking, and it is not a statement of fact about the quality of either hotel.
Corrections
If you find a factual error, write to us through the contact page with the correct detail and a public source. Hotels may send corrections about themselves in the same way. We amend confirmed errors promptly and record the month of the change. We do not remove hotels on request and we accept no payment in connection with a correction.

Where this site links to external pages, we have no influence on their content and adopt none of it as our own. Responsibility rests with the operator of the linked page.

Texts, page structure and images on this site are protected by copyright. Private, non-commercial use is permitted. Reproduction, systematic extraction, republication and any commercial use, including automated collection for the training of software systems, require our prior written consent. Hotel and brand names belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the conflict-of-law rules of private international law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer is habitually resident remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
